NARRATIVE TEXT II

 In order to improve students’ ability in writing narrative text, besides their mastery of language aspects, they also have to do more exercises. They may start writing by answering questions prepared first, then, writing in chronological order the series of events tell in the story. The questions are Wh-Questions including:

– What

– Who

– Where

– When

– How

In writing narrative text, we may start from determining the title of the text by answering question “What is the title?” Coming into orientation, we may write the characters, the place, and the time when the story happen by answering the questions:

– What happened?

– Who are the characters?

– Where did it happen?

– When did it happen?
